COULOMB’S LAW
The magnitude and direction of the force between two stationary particles, each carrying electric charge, is given by coulomb’s law
I) Like charges repel, unlike charges attract
ii) The force acts along the line joining the two particles
iii)The force is proportional to the magnitude of each charge
iv) The force is inversely proportional to the square of the distance b/w the particles
